Local residents and third parties
Construction projects affect the surrounding environment, including those who live nearby. Local residents and businesses expect to receive communication about the project from the property developer. Good relations with those in the surrounding area create conditions for understanding and acceptance of noise, vibrations, roadblocks and other disruptions.
Nitro Consult supports its clients in these contacts. We foresee risks and develop action plans for communication, for example in the form of information letters, posters, telephone support lines, open house at the worksite and SMS notifications regarding blasting work. The surveyor/inspector is often the face of the project in relation to local residents and other parties.
We are experts when it comes to handling issues involving buildings of cultural and/or historical interest (e.g. churches) in conjunction with construction projects.
