Nitro Consult provides a whistleblowing service in accordance with applicable laws. The service provides an opportunity to report a suspicion of a serious wrongdoing. If processing occurs, it is done with support from an interest assessment where our legitimate interest is that the whistleblowing service provides an opportunity to report a suspicion of serious wrongdoing and is an important channel for maintaining good corporate governance and preserving customers' and the public's trust in us. Personal data about criminal offenses is processed only for key personnel or persons in a leading position, in accordance with the guidelines from the Data Inspectorate. To ensure the possibility of anonymous communication, the whistleblowing service is managed by an external service provider, WhistleB. All messages are encrypted.
