The personal data we process about you as an employee of a supplier and/or customer to us are:

The data is processed to communicate with you regarding your matter, for administration and/or fulfillment of agreements between us and your employer.

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Nitro Consult processes your personal data when it is in our legitimate interest to process them. This applies, for example, to the processing that occurs in connection with your visit to our website or contact us via email or contact form (including the subsequent handling of the matter and marketing). As an employee of a customer or supplier to us, we will also process your personal data to fulfill the agreement that exists between us and your employer.

Whistleblowing

Nitro Consult provides a whistleblowing service in accordance with applicable laws. The service provides an opportunity to report a suspicion of a serious wrongdoing. You as a whistleblower can remain completely anonymous when using the service. If processing occurs, it is done with support from an interest assessment where our legitimate interest is that the whistleblowing service provides an opportunity to report a suspicion of serious wrongdoing and is an important channel for maintaining good corporate governance and preserving customers' and the public's trust in us. Personal data about criminal offenses is processed only for key personnel or persons in a leading position, in accordance with the guidelines from the Data Inspectorate. To ensure the possibility of anonymous communication, the whistleblowing service is managed by an external service provider, WhistleB. All messages are encrypted.
